ONOK Luz Técnica S.L. (formerly known as Tecnoluce S.L.) has been characterised by the design and quality of recessed spotlights, and today, it has been consolidated as one of the leading companies in the lighting industry.
ONOK Luz Técnica developed and implanted a Quality System according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:94, and nowadys we have got implanted the new version ISO9001:2008. This high quality standards, totally established nowadays, are key in the way the company operates in order to enssure our operating systems are reviewed and improved continously.
The currently ISO9001:2000 implanted system monitorises all the activities, processes, and resources needed to guarantee our products and services fullfil customers needs.
ONOK Luz Técnica always has worked hard to continuously developed new products, at the edge to the market tendencies, and thus, satisfy the needs that arise to the final customer.
ONOK Luz Tecnica offers a wide variety of products, matching customer´s requirements and providing to the market from the most classical and demanded, to the most modern and innovative products.
ONOK works in straight collaboration with the following organisations:
SGS ICS: revises and certifies annualy our quality system: ISO9001:2008.
ITACA (Electrical Security Laboratory, depending on the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia): laboratory test and certification of the technical qualities and performance of our products.
AIDO (Technological Institute of Optics, Colour and Imaging): estudy and design of our product reflectors optimizing its photometric performance.
DIALux: Virtual platform integrating the main luminaires manufacturers. Offers the free download of a user-friendly software that allows the dimensioning and calculations of our customer projects according to their needs.
We are currently implementing a system of quality and production improvement regarding the ISO9001: 2008. To do this we are training all our employees with the objective of improving our productivity. This deployment has as its starting point the Six Sigma philosophy that meets the following requirements:
Quality costs to a minimum
Increased progressive product quality and / or service
Product and / or service better than that of competitors at a better price
To achieve these objectives is necessary to eliminate the causes of changes in processes, to achieve the lowest possible defects and thus drastically reduce the costs of not achieving the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
